The personal data collected through the booking form (name, email, phone number, stay dates and message) is processed by Nome do Proprietário, as data controller, for the sole purpose of replying to your booking request and managing any resulting stay.
Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and to comply with legal obligations applicable to Alojamento Local (local accommodation).
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection by contacting us at reservas@valedosolturismo.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (the Portuguese data protection authority).
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that identify visitors.
